Entrepreneurship & Small Business Assistance
We believe that entrepreneurship is a path to economic opportunity that should be available to everyone, and local businesses are the foundation of any thriving community. For over 20 years, CADCB has supported existing and prospective entrepreneurs through the process of
establishing or growing their own small businesses, with a focus on south Bethlehem residents and business owners, low-income residents, and minority- and women-owned businesses.

“If we have to define with just one word the role of the CADCB during the development of our business, probably the one that is most accurate would be “essential.” The CADCB, first through their business seminars, then through their one-on-one free consulting, was truly indispensable to shaping our dream from general concept to a solid business plan.
“I am happy now because I see myself as an entrepreneur. I feel confident in myself, and I get to do what I love, which is helping others. Community Action has given me confidence and taught me how to start and succeed in my business. I speak highly about the program because it is so helpful to the community.”
